As a general rule, one liter of the product is enough to cover two square meters of surface. With an elasticity of 300 %, the coating adapts to material movements, such as thermal expansion, without cracking. It is also resistant to mechanical abrasion and pressure washing.
From application to full insulation power
Depending on the surface type and weather conditions, the coating dries within 2 to 6 hours and starts to work immediately, achieving its full thermal insulation properties within 7 to 14 days after application.
UV protection+
Produkten reflekterar över 90% av solens spektrum, vilket inkluderar både synligt ljus, infrarött(värme) och ultraviolett (UV) ljus. Det betyder att produkten behåller sin elasticitet (300%) även i direkt solljus.
Waterproof & Diffusion open
Give the surface breathable protection. The unique structure lets moisture out from the inside but keeps water out, keeping substrate dry and fresh while making the surface durable and easy to clean.
Fire class
The coating does not spread fire in buildings and is classified as class B s1-d0 (i.e.
non-flammable and non-drip). Can also provide a Class A version of the product. Beläggningen klarar temperature från -70°C till +320°C
Salt chamber test
The product can withstand over 1000 hours in salt chambers without signs of rust, blistering or flaking.
Om man repar ytan ner till metallen, begränsas rosten till själva skadan, den "kryper" inte in under färgen som den gör med vanlig lack eller under ullisolering. Saltvattenmolekyler är för stora för att tränga igenom strukturen på produkten, medan luft/ånga fortfarande kan passera.
